Why am I limited to what I can withdraw from my Account?

All new users are limited to what they can withdraw daily based on how the tokens were deposited into the account. Your withdraw limits will be adjusted as follows:

    If you deposit DOOR from an external wallet into MyDoorWallet.com there is no Withdraw Limit. If you receive a Withdraw Limit alert, please contact our support team via chat and we can raise the limit.
    2.
    If you deposit DOOR from a credit card there is a minimal daily limit applied to your account if it is the first transaction. As your membership matures these limits are raised.
    3.
    All limits are for your protection and to ensure we protect you. At any time, you can contact our support team and we can facilitate a transaction.

Fraud Protection

If you do not verify your identity and phone, your withdraw limits will be strict. In order to transfer from your account please contact support via online chat. We will walk you through the process. Our goal is to protect all wallets from any potential fraudulent access.
