Property License Pricing
The pricing model for property data being licensed will be based on a dynamic scale that changes based on the market price of the DOOR Token. Since Property Data will be licensed solely using DOOR as the method of payment, the price of DOOR will determine the price for licensing new data. Since the price of DOOR can increase in the market based on supply and demand, the need to adjust the price per property record will need to change accordingly.
The following pricing table will be followed in order to ensure the cost for licensing is competitive to the market rates and also there is an incentive for advertisers to purchase more DOOR before the price increases over time.
In the Pricing Table below you can see the following dynamics
The initial price per Property is $2 which is less than 10% of the market price. This will ensure the demand will be high in the initial stages.
As the price of DOOR Token rises, the price per lead quickly approaches the equivalent of the market price ($20-$40). However, if the advertiser purchases DOOR ahead of time, the price actually decreases dramatically per property (due to the price per property going down in DOOR, and the value of DOOR increasing). So for example, on Day 1 an advertiser can purchase 200 DOOR (which would buy 1 lead on Day 1 - but buys 4 leads if the price of DOOR reached $0.50.
If the Price of DOOR decreases, the price of Property Data will adjust accordingly as well.

Property License Pricing Table

NOTE: The following is the current proposed pricing table. It is subject to change to ensure the price for the data stays competitive to the industry. The following table is what we are currently publishing as our initial pricing for licensing. Pricing tables may vary based on the type of Lead (which List the Lead is published on). For example - a Property Owner looking to sell their property may cost more than a Property Owner looking for a plumber.

The graph below shows the relation between the price of DOOR Token and the equivalent price per Property License in USD. As DOOR Token price approaches $1.00, it begins to reach the market price for property data.

Why we adjust the Pricing for Property Data

In order to be competitive in the market, there is a need to adjust the pricing dynamically based on the price of DOOR Tokens. If adjustments are not made, then the price for licensing property data would be excessive and advertisers would no longer participate in the network.
The pricing for Property Data will be adjusted weekly to allow for advertisers the option to purchase more DOOR at the current pricing. So for example, on Monday if the price of DOOR is .03 and it goes to .08 the same week - the price per lead would not adjust until the end of the week (Sunday Night).
